This website, seasonalproducts.shop (the “Site”), is operated by us (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & 30-Day Guarantee, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.

3. Products

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and because our robe is one size (Free Size), fit will vary by body type. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; if a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our 30-Day Guarantee.

4. Prices and promotions

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • Set pricing (for example, 2 or 4 robes) and free-shipping offers are applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies. Promotions may be changed or ended at any time and cannot be applied to past orders.
  • If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized or resale purchasing, or pricing errors. If we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States. Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your package to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you complete checkout.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are covered by our Returns & 30-Day Guarantee, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm it is your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to display it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or unrelated to our products.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photos, videos, graphics, and our brand name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Prohibited uses
