We want you to love your robe. If you don’t, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to start a return
- Email us at pkecom58@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with your return authorization and the return address. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, because returns sent without authorization can’t be processed.
- Pack the robe securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Robes should be clean, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage beyond what comes from trying them on. Please include the waist belt.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Sets (2 or 4 robes)
You can return some or all of the robes from a set. When you return part of a set, the refund is the amount you paid for the set minus the regular price of the robes you keep ($69.99 each). The free shipping on the set is not deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
The robe comes in one size. To get a different color, return the original for a refund and place a new order for the color you want.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
