Shipping rates

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout on any order of 2 or more robes.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 7–12 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally add a few days.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, email us at pkecom58@gmail.com.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Not the right fit? You’re covered by our 30-day guarantee.
