What is it made of?
Premium semi-velvet with a luxurious, cashmere-soft feel.
What size should I get?
The robe is one size fits all (Free Size), with a relaxed, roomy cut and an adjustable waist belt, so you can wear it looser or more fitted.
Which colors are available?
Ivory, Onyx, Lapis, Blush, Scarlet, and Salmon. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
Does it have pockets?
Yes, it has side pockets.
How do I care for it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash with like colors. Do not bleach. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not iron.
Orders and sets
Can I choose a different color for each robe in a set?
Yes. When you choose the 2-robe or 4-robe set, you can pick a color for each robe.
How do set prices work?
1 robe is $59.99 plus $5.99 shipping. 2 robes are $99.99 and 4 robes are $169.99, both with free shipping. The set price is applied automatically at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at pkecom58@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can return it under our 30-day guarantee.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on 2 or more robes. Single-robe orders ship for $5.99.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–9 days of ordering. Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and delivery can occasionally take a little longer during peak season. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
Returns
What if I don’t love it?
You’re covered by our 30-day guarantee. Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. See Returns & 30-Day Guarantee.
What if my robe arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
